CHANGES TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
Dr. Piet Welgemoed, an independent non?executive director of the Company and Chairman of the
Company’s Audit Committee (“Committee”), has resigned as Chairman of the Committee with effect
from 2 November 2015. Dr. Piet Welgemoed, notwithstanding his resignation as Chairman of the
Committee, will remain a member of the Board of Directors and will continue to serve as a member of
the Committee.
Mr. Naran Maharajah, a chartered accountant, who was appointed as an independent non?executive
director of the Company on 1 August 2015, will assume the role of Chairman and member of the
Committee with effect from 2 November 2015.
