RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised that Mr Shaneel Maharaj, the Group’s
Chief Financial Officer has tendered his resignation with effect from
30 November 2015.
The board and management team wish to express their gratitude to Shaneel for his
loyal and dedicated contribution to the Group over the past 9 years and wish him
well in his future endeavours.
