RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the “proposed delisting and cautionary announcement” released
on SENS on 18 September 2015 and the “Change to the board of directors - Resignation of
directors” announcement released on SENS on 3 November 2015, and are advised that the
process will continue once the additional independent non-executive directors have been
appointed.
As such, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
