UPDATE ON THE SALE OF GOODERSON SANROCK RESORT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 6 August 2015 and 24 March 2015 where it
was announced that Alawill Investments (Pty) Ltd, entered into an agreement for the sale of the
SanRock Resort (“SanRock Resort”) and all moveable assets, with Dataforce Trading 10 Housing
Consortium (Pty) Ltd (“the purchaser”).
The initial conditions precedent to the agreement and the addendum to the agreement have lapsed
and a new agreement and addendum has now been entered stating that Alawill Investments (Pty) Ltd
has entered into an agreement of lease for a period of six months from 1 December 2015 to 31 May
2016 or until registration of the Leased Premises with the purchaser, whichever takes place earlier.
Shareholders will be notified of further developments in due course.
