NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN YORK SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, York shareholders are advised that
the Company has received notification that Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd
(“Coronation”), on behalf of the Coronation Group, on behalf of its clients, has disposed of a
beneficial interest in York securities (the “Disposal”).
Coronation previously held 15.08% and following the Disposal, now holds 11.30% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
