In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company
hereby announces the resignation of Mr Timur Yanbukhtin from his
position as executive director of the Board of the Company with
effect from 9 November 2015.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Yanbukhtin for his contribution to
the Board and to the Company and wishes him all the best in his
future endeavours.
The Company will announce the appointment of a Director in due
course.
