DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES IN MTN GROUP
MTN Group has on 6 November 2015 received a notification of disclosure of acquisition of a
beneficial interest from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Limited, on behalf of
Coronation Group, who act on behalf of its clients, advising that it has acquired a beneficial
interest in securities of MTN Group, such that the total of all beneficial interests held by
Coronation Group is now 5.01% of the issued ordinary capital of MTN Group. This
disclosure is in terms of section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended,
Regulation 121 of the Companies Regulations, 2011 and the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements.
The shares reported in this disclosure are owned by accounts under the discretionary
investment management of Coronation Group.
