APPLICATION FOR THE PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION OF MESSINA COPPER
Shareholders are advised that an urgent application for the provisional liquidation of Messina Copper
(Botswana) Pty Ltd (“Messina”), the operating subsidiary of ZCI’s subsidiary, African Copper Plc (“ACU”),
has been brought in the Botswana High Court, held at Gaborone, by Diesel Power Mining (Pty) Ltd,
Messina’s mining contactor.
The application is set down for hearing on 13 November 2015. As more information becomes available, the
Company shall provide further updates.
