LEGAL PROCEEDINGS: 2013 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)
Shareholders are advised that further to the SENS announcement dated 17 March 2015, the plaintiffs
have decided not to appeal the judgement handed down in March 2015 by the Gauteng Local Division
of the High Court which found that the Company acted lawfully in excluding certain votes at the AGM
held on 29 November 2013.
The Company welcomes this decision by the plaintiffs as it will enable the Company to focus fully on
growing the business and creating shareholder value.
