RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
It is hereby announced that non-executive director, Dr
Alexander Landia will resign from the Barloworld board with
effect from 31 December 2015 as a result of increased
external business commitments.
The directors of Barloworld extend their thanks to Dr Landia
for his contribution during his tenure on the board.
