Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 3 November 2015 wherein shareholders
were advised that the notice of annual general meeting together with the summarised financial statements
were dispatched on 3 November 2015, and are further advised that Attacq’s integrated annual report will be
posted today, 13 November 2015. The company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2015, will be available on Attacq’s website –
www.attacq.co.za.
