NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF TRANSACTION CAPITAL LIMITED SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (as amended), and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
the company has received formal notification that the Public Investment Corporation (“PIC”) has
acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the company, such that the total beneficial interest in
the company’s securities held by the PIC amounts to 5.023% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the company.
