RCS CHANGES FINANCIAL YEAR END
BNP Paribas Personal Finance S.A became the 100% shareholder
of RCS on 6 August 2014, with the ultimate shareholder being
BNP Paribas S.A.
In line with this change in shareholding, the RCS group, including
RCS Cards (Pty) Ltd, has aligned its financial year end with that of
its shareholder. Accordingly, the RCS group has changed its March
year end to December during the course of the 2015 calendar year.
The RCS group will have a 9 month reporting period to 31
December 2015.
