RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 21 August 2015 and the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcement dated 5 October 2015, and are advised that PSV is still
involved in negotiations regarding the potential disposal of one or more of its business segments which, if
successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
