Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for block listings
totalling 1,870,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company. The shares will be admitted to the
Official List pursuant to the Company’s obligations under the following schemes:
SABMiller plc South African Executive Share Option Plan 2008 560,000 shares
SABMiller plc Mirror Executive Share Purchase Scheme 230,000 shares
SABMiller plc Executive Share Option Plan 2008 1,000,000 shares
SABMiller plc Approved Executive Share Option Plan 2008 80,000 shares
The shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 20 November 2015.
