Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that Regarding Capital Management
Proprietary Limited, on behalf of its clients, has reduced its interest in securities of the Company such
that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by Regarding Capital Management
Proprietary Limited on behalf of its clients collectively amounts to 2.74% of the total issued securities
of that class in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
