Shareholders are referred to the company update and cautionary announcement released
on SENS on 7 October 2015 and are advised that Advance Vacuum Alloys Proprietary
Limited, one of BK One’s portfolio companies, are still continuing the process of exploring
further funding alternatives for the business.
In light of the above, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in BK One’s preference shares until a further announcement is made.
