the Company’s shares. The acquisition, if concluded, will be categorised as a Category 1 transaction
in terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited.
Accordingly, Ingenuity shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's
shares until a full announcement is made.
