In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that CIS Company Secretaries
(Proprietary) Limited has resigned as company secretary of Wescoal on the 18th of November 2015.
Further to the above, shareholders are advised that Mr. Vikesh Dhanooklal has been appointed as the company secretary of Wescoal
with immediate effect.
Vikesh Dhanooklal is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with over 15 years of post - admission experience. Vikesh
was appointed as Group Legal Adviser of the Company on the 1st of September 2015, and has held positions in BHPBilliton South
Africa and South32 in the field of Mining and Property law.
