Ingenuity shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement and detailed terms
announcement, both released on SENS today, Friday, 20 November 2015, in relation to the proposed
acquisition by the Company of the property known as Great Westerford, Rondebosch, Cape Town
(“the Acquisition”).
As full details of the Acquisition have been announced, Ingenuity shareholders are advised that they
are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's shares.
