CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Ms. Sonja de Bruyn Sebotsa, an independent non-executive director, has
resigned from the board of directors of Vukile, with effect from 23 November 2015.
Ms de Bruyn Sebotsa has been a valued board member and the board is highly appreciative of the
contribution that she has made as a director and as a member of the Social, Ethics and Human Resources
Committee over the past two and half years. The board wishes her well in her future endeavours.
