CHANGES TO THE COMPANY’S REMUNERATION AND HUMAN CAPITAL COMMITTEE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, and to enhance good corporate governance in line with
the principles of the King Code on Corporate Governance for South
Africa, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised of the
following changes to the Company’s Remuneration Committee with
effect from 23 November 2015:
Mr Andre Hanekom (“Mr Hanekom”) has resigned as Chairman of the
Company’s Remuneration and Human Capital Committee(“the
Committee”). Mr Hanekom will, however, continue to serve as a member
of the Committee; and
Mr Patrick Burton has been appointed as the Chairman of the
Company’s Remuneration Committee.
