ISSUE OF SHARES TO THE SIYAKHA EDUCATION TRUST
Shareholders are advised of the listing on 26 November 2015 of 21 428 571 new ordinary shares issued by Lodestone
to The Siyakha Education Trust (“the Trust”) at an issue price of R7.00 per share totalling R149 999 997, effected
pursuant to the provision of financial assistance by Lodestone to the Trust for the purposes of Black Economic
Empowerment.
The Trust is a charitable trust and is registered as a public benefit organisation. The Trust’s focus is the upliftment of
black education in South Africa.
