NOTICE OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Stor-Age shareholders are advised that Stor-Age has received notification from Old
Mutual Plc that its beneficial interest in Stor-Age, pursuant to the bookbuild process which concluded
on 6 November 2015, is 6.46% of the issued ordinary shares in Stor-Age.
