Further to the cautionary announcement released on 15 October 2015, Sacoven’s
shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Company is still in discussions with
respect to the potential acquisition of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods business located in
Africa, where such acquisition will only be capable of implementation during the first half of
2016.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a further announcement is made in this regard.
