amended ZAR20,000,000,000 Domestic Note Programme. The amended
programme memorandum is available for inspection at the
registered office of the Issuer and can also be accessed on
their website at http://www.rmb.co.za/globalmarkets/spv.asp.
The amended programme memorandum will also be available for
inspection on the JSE website www.jse.co.za.
