DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF MONTAUK SHARES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of
2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Montauk shareholders are advised that it has received
formal notification that Rivetprops 47 Proprietary Limited has
increased its combined direct and indirect beneficial interest held
in the securities of Montauk by 1.48% to 30.72% through the purchase
of ordinary shares in the Company. Rivetprops 47 Proprietary Limited
is part of the consortium which holds a controlling interest in the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company, as disclosed in the
announcement to shareholders on 18 May 2015.
