CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SPAR is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Marang Mashologu as an independent
non-executive director effective from 1 December 2015.
Marang was awarded her CFA Charter from the Association for Investment Management
and Research, an advanced certificate in entrepreneurship from HEC Paris and has a
degree in BComm Finance and Economics from the University Witswaterand.
She is currently a director at Sphere Holdings, sits as an independent non-executive director
and audit committee member of the board of ACE Insurance Limited South Africa, the South
African subsidiary of the ACE Group of Companies, and acts as a member of the board of
Trustees of the African Leadership Network.
The board of directors look forward to the value and input that Marang will bring to the SPAR
board.
