(IN BUSINESS RESCUE) (“HIGHVELD”): COURT ORDER GRANTING URGENT APPLICATION
FOR SUSTITUTED SERVICE UNDER CASE NO: 85549/2015
Further to the SENS announcements dated 23 October, 30 October and 5
November 2015, shareholders are advised of the court order authorising East
Metals AG and Mastercroft S.A.R.L to serve the main application and the
urgent interdict application on affected persons of Highveld by way of
substituted service, as further provided for in the order.
