NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT
Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on SENS on
Friday, 20 November 2015 of Afdawn’s audited Group results for the year
ended 28 February 2015 (“the Announcement”), the Company advises that its
2015 Annual Report which contains no modifications from the Announcement
will be posted today, 30 November 2015 to shareholders and is available
for download on the Company’s website at www.afdawn.co.za.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Afdawn will be
held at 10h00 on Friday, 15 January 2016, at the Company’s offices at 202
Waterfront Terraces, Waterfront Road, Tygervalley Waterfront, Bellville,
7530 to transact the business as set out in the notice of Annual General
Meeting contained in the Annual Report.
The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share
register to be eligible to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting
is Friday, 8 January 2016, with the last day to trade being Thursday, 31
December 2015.
