JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Coronation Asset Management
Proprietary Limited, on behalf of the Coronation Group on behalf of its clients, has
acquired a further 1.34% of the issued securities of the company. Its total beneficial
interest now amounts to 5.85% of the total number of securities in issue.
Formal notification has been received from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary
Limited and Pick n Pay Holdings Limited RF has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
