CHANGE IN BOARD COMPOSITION
Shareholders are advised in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements that Ms Zola Ntwasa has been
appointed as a non-executive director of the Company and its
subsidiary, Sasol Inzalo Public Funding (Pty) Ltd (RF) (“Sasol
Inzalo Funding”) with effect from 1 December 2015.
Ms Ntwasa is a co-founder and executive director of Jade
Capital Partners. She serves as a non-executive director on
the board of Hospitality Property Fund, listed on the JSE
Limited. She was the 2014 Chairperson of the Women’s Property
Network (Gauteng) and is a member of South African Property
Owners Association (SAPOA), African Women Chartered
Accountants (AWCA), and the Association of Black Accountants
of Southern Africa (ABASA).
Ms Ntwasa holds a BCom Honours in Accounting and she is a
qualified chartered accountant.
Shareholders are further advised that Ms Louisa Mogudi and Ms
Thandeka Zondi resigned as non-executive directors from the
board of directors of the Company as well as from the board of
directors of Sasol Inzalo Funding with effect from the
conclusion of the Company’s annual general meeting held on 21
November 2015.
