CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Kabela Maroga, an independent non-executive director on the Board and
Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company, has resigned with effect from
31 December 2015 to focus on her own business ventures.
The Board thanks Kabela for her contribution to RBA and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
The board will commence the process of filling the vacancy on the Board.
