NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Arrowhead’s integrated annual report, including the audited financial statements for the
financial year ended 30 September 2015, was dispatched to shareholders on Wednesday, 2 December 2015 and is
available on the company’s website, www.arrowheadproperties.co.za and contains no changes to the abridged
consolidated audited results for the year ended 30 September 2015, released on SENS on 18 November 2015.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which meeting will be held at the offices of
Arrowhead, 2nd Floor, 18 Melrose Boulevard, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg on Wednesday, 27 January 2016 at 10h00.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
15 January 2016 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 22 January 2016.
