HALT IN TRADE ON THE EXCHANGE OPERATED BY JSE LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on the Stock Exchange News
Service of JSE Limited on 3 December 2015 regarding the indicative letter of intent in terms
which the Company would acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Crystal Capital
Wealth Corporation (“Transaction”). Details of the Transaction were communicated on the
TSX Venture Exchange market on 14 October 2015 and 20 November 2015 respectively.
Further to the Transaction, the common shares of Giyani have been halted on the TSX
Venture Exchange ("TSXV") since the press release published on 14 October 2015.
Reinstatement of the trading of Giyani shares will resume upon TSXV's confirmation that
Giyani has satisfied the Requirements for Reinstatement of Trading as set forth in TSXV
Policy 5.2 - Change of Business and Reverse Takeovers.
Further to the above, trade in common shares on the exchange operated by JSE Limited has
been halted with immediate effect.
Shareholders will be kept updated and a further announcement will be made in due course
