The Board of AfroCentric (“the Board”) wishes to advise, in compliance with the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, that Ms Lindani Dhlamini has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive
Director of the Board with effect from 2 December 2015.
Lindani is a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience. She is the co-founder and the Chief
Executive Officer of SekelaXabiso as well as the Chairperson of SkX Financial Services.
The Board welcomes Lindani and wishes her well on her new appointment.
