CHANGE IN DESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of
a change in designation of the company secretary.
The existing company secretary, Brandon Topham, will continue to provide TeleMasters with
company secretarial services, but this will now be done through TAG Consulting (Pty) Ltd and no
longer in his personal capacity.
