121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Stor-Age shareholders are advised that Stor-Age has received notification from
Investec Wealth and Investment (a division of Investec Securities Proprietary Limited) that its
beneficial interest in Stor-Age has increased to 7.72% of the issued ordinary shares in Stor-Age.
