APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of Beige is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Muhammed Akram Sultan as an independent non-executive director of
Beige and member of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
Akram qualified as a CA(SA) in 1999 completing his articles at MSGM Masuka
Jeena. He spent the next four years specialising in Audit management followed
by two years within the management structure of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In
2006, Akram established his own practice, Sultan & Sultan Chartered
Accountants and Auditors.
