DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE INP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC PLC (INP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 207 cents per INPNIL share instalment that is payable on Wednesday,
23 December 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. This results in a net dividend
of 175.95 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 4 December 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 7 December 2015. The record date will be Friday, 11 December
2015.
