advised that Westbrooke Capital Management Special Opportunities En Commandite
Partnership ("Westbrooke") has acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company, such that Westbrooke's beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company now amounts to 6.6% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
