CJMM is redeeming the COJ06 Note with a nominal amount of R900
000 000.00 (“Full Redemption”). The COJ06 bond is a Senior
Unsecured Bond under its Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme
with a semi-annual coupon of 10.815% which started on 9 December
2008. The outstanding balance for COJ06 after Full
Redemption will be R0.00
