NOTICE OF THE 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Company is pleased to announce to Shareholders that the 2015 Annual General Meeting
of the Company will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Haile Selassie Avenue, Lusaka,
Zambia on Thursday 31 December 2015 at 10.30 (CAT).
Written notice together with the proxy form will be circulated to all registered Shareholders by
mail on 9 December 2015 and a copy of these documents can also be found on the
Company’s website: www.zci.lu.
