LISTING OF ADDITIONAL MOMENTUM EXCHANGE TRADED FUND PARTICIPATORY INTERESTS
Following the creation of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) NewFunds Momentum Exchange Traded Fund
(“Momentum ETF”) participatory interests, NewFunds has, from commencement of business today,
issued an additional 100,000 Momentum ETFs at a price of R27.59 per unit, which will be listed on the
JSE Limited.
After the listing of the additional 100,000 Momentum ETFs, there will be 1,100,000 participatory interests
in issue.
