In terms of clause 9 of the Sale Agreement between Absa Bank Limited and Commissioner Street No 1
(RF) Limited (the “Issuer”), Absa Corporate and Investment Bank, a division of Absa Bank Limited, in its
capacity as Administrator of the Issuer hereby announces an Auction Call for the sale of the Loan
Agreements in the Issuer on 21 December 2015.
The auction will be held on Monday 21 December 2015 and bids will be taken between 9am and 11am.
Noteholders will be informed of the results of the auction on 21 December 2015.
