In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised as follows:
- Mr Robinson Ramaite automatically retired as a non-executive director of Wescoal post the annual general
meeting on the 13th of November 2015, and was immediately thereafter re-appointed as a non-executive
director and chairman of Wescoal by the board of directors; and
- Mr Ramaite’s re-appointment to the board will be ratified at the Company’s next annual general meeting.
