TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Synergy has received
notification from Vukile Property Fund Limited (“Vukile”) of the disposal by Vukile of Synergy A ordinary
shares, such that Vukile now holds 9.91% (from 11.88%) of Synergy’s issued A ordinary shares. At the same
time, Vukile acquired additional Synergy B ordinary shares such that Vukile now holds 89.55% (from 88.09%)
of Synergy’s issued B ordinary shares.
