CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr Spiro Noussis has resigned as an independent non-executive
director of Resilient and Mr Barry Stuhler has been appointed as a non-independent non-executive
director and Mr Protas Phili has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board of Resilient with
effect from 11 December 2015.
