INTEREST RATE RESET
Notice is hereby given that the interest rate for the period 9 December 2015 to 8 March 2016,
payable on 9 March 2016 (*Following), will be calculated based on the formula (I=SD*(FIX-
FIR)*DCF), where -
“I” means the relevant Interest Amount per Note;
“SD” means the Specified Denomination per note;
“FIX” means the Fixed Rate as specified below;
“FIR” means the Floating Interest Rate, being the Reference Rate of 6.517%; and
“DFC” means the Day Count Fraction being Act/365 (Fixed),
as set out in the respective Applicable Pricing Supplement.
ASN017 7.233% p.a. (I=SD*(13.75%-FIR)*DCF)
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date
shall be postponed to the next business day.
Next reset date: 9 March 2016.
