NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF TRANSACTION CAPITAL LIMITED SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (as amended), and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
the company has received formal notification that Old Mutual Plc (“Old Mutual”) has, in aggregate,
acquired a beneficial interest in securities in the company, such that the total of all beneficial
interests in the company securities held by Old Mutual amounts to 10.13% of the total issued
ordinary shares of the company.
